He teaches undergraduate courses including General Psychology, and graduate courses including Moral Psychology Research, Adolescent Psychological Development and Education, and Special Topics in Developmental Psychology. He recruits students for the following graduate programs: Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), Master of Psychology (Academic Master), Master of Applied Psychology (Professional Master), and Master of Mental Health Education (Professional Master). His academic achievements include serving as principal investigator for research projects such as a national project under the National Education Science "13th Five-Year Plan," the Zhejiang Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Annual Planning Project, the Zhejiang Provincial University Outstanding Young Teacher Funding Project, and the Jiangsu Provincial Postdoctoral Research Funding Project. He has published over 50 academic papers in journals including Acta Psychologica Sinica, Psychological Science, Journal of Social and Personal Relationships, and Social Neuroscience.
