Her research interests include work stress and work-family interactions. She has presided one national project and two provincial projects. She has published over 15 papers in SSCI and CSSCI journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
