His research achievements include leading three national-level projects and three provincial and ministerial-level projects (including one major project). As first author or corresponding author, he has published over 50 high-quality journal papers in journals such as Psychological Science, Journal of Experimental Psychology: General, Developmental Science, Cognition, and Acta Psychologica Sinica. Under his supervision, undergraduate members of his research team have been admitted to prestigious domestic universities for graduate studies and to renowned overseas universities for further study; his master's students have been admitted to domestic 985 universities for doctoral studies. He has guided graduate students in publishing five high-quality papers, including one in the prestigious journal Acta Psychologica Sinica and three in SCI/SSCI-indexed journals. He has also supervised undergraduate theses that have received university-level outstanding thesis awards, with findings published in the authoritative journal Acta Psychologica Sinica. His honors include the Ningbo University "Xu Wangyue Special Award." He has been recognized as a Young Talent under the Zhejiang Provincial Key Talent Project (2024), was named a Cultivation Object for the Zhejiang Provincial Mid-young Academic Leaders in Higher Education Institutions (2017), was included in the Third Level of the Ningbo Municipal Leading and Top-Notch Talent Cultivation Project (2017), and was awarded the title of Zhejiang East Young Scholar at Ningbo University (2017). His academic affiliations include serving as Vice Chair of the Zhejiang Psychological Society, Member of the Cognitive Ergonomics Committee, and Editorial Board Member of Applied Psychology. He also serves as a reviewer for journals including Acta Psychologica Sinica, Psychological Science, Applied Psychology, Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology, Frontiers in Psychology, and Neuroscience Letters.
