His research interests lie in the fields of social cognition and decision-making, as well as clinical mental health. He has served as the principal investigator for two projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China and six projects funded by provincial and ministerial-level grants. As first author or corresponding author, he has published over 100 SSCI/SCI or CSSCI journal papers in authoritative journals such as Acta Psychologica Sinica, Psychological Science, Computers in Human Behavior, and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology. His academic books, Attitude and Behavior: The Psychological Mechanism of Socially Disapproved Behavior and Distance and Return: A Study on Social Alienation of People with Disabilities, have received the 19th and 21st Zhejiang Provincial Awards for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences. He has been recognized under the Second Level of the Zhejiang Provincial 151 Talent Project and as a "Zhijiang Youth" Social Science Scholar of Zhejiang Province, and is also a member of the First Level of the Ningbo Municipal Leading and Top-Notch Talent Program. His honors include being named National Outstanding Instructor for Master of Education (Fifth Batch), a "Four Haves" ("You") Good Teacher of Ningbo City, and recipient of the "Most Beautiful Mentor" title under the "Most Beautiful Ningda Person" award at Ningbo University. He holds the following academic affiliations: Member of the Social Psychology Committee and the Geriatric Psychology Committee of the Chinese Psychological Society; Board Member of the Social Cognition Division of the Chinese Cognitive Science Society; Board Member of the Zhejiang Psychological Society; Executive Board Member of the Zhejiang Social Psychology Society; and Member of the Behavioral Medicine Division of the Zhejiang Medical Association.
