Her representative work is "A Study on the Selection of Training Models and Policies for China's Labor Force." She has published nearly 20 papers in journals such as *Educational Development Research*, *Modern University Education*, and *Jiangsu Higher Education*, many of which have been reprinted in *Renmin University of China Press*. She has presided over one National Social Science Fund general project, one Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Youth Project, and two Zhejiang Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Projects.
