She has led over 20 research projects, including the Ministry of Education's National Educational Science Planning Key Project "Research on the Cultural Mechanism of High-Quality Balanced Development of Secondary Education in Economically Developed Regions," the Zhejiang Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Planning Project "Research on the Diversified Development System of Regional Comprehensive High Schools," and the Zhejiang Provincial Educational Science Planning Project "Research on the Aesthetic Value of Educational Management." She has received numerous awards, including the Third Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Science Research in Zhejiang Province, the Second Prize for Outstanding Scientific Research Achievements in Higher Education in Zhejiang Province, the Third Prize for Outstanding Social Science Research Achievements from the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, the Third Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Educational Research in Zhejiang Province, the Second Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Science Research in Ningbo City, the First Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Educational Research in Ningbo City, and the Second Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Educational Research in Ningbo City. She has published over 60 academic papers in core journals such as *Educational Research*, *Educational Development Research*, *Educational Science*, *Chinese Educational Research*, *Educational Research and Experiment*, and *Jiangsu Higher Education*, many of which have been reprinted in full by academic journals of Renmin University of China. Representative works include "The Fair Logic and Path Selection of Inter-School Balance within a Region" (*Educational Research*) and "The Aesthetic Spirit and Aesthetic Criticism of Educational Management" (*Educational Research and Experiment*). She has published two academic monographs: "The Aesthetic Value Theory of Educational Management" and "Educational Management in Free Practice: An Aesthetic Perspective," and served as the deputy editor-in-chief of "Inheritance and Development: Educational Science Exploration Series" and "Research Series on Modern and Contemporary Educators in Ningbo."
