Ph.D. in Management. Zhejiang Province Zhijiang Young Scholar, and awardee of the Yongjiang Talent Program. As a state-sponsored visiting scholar, he/she studied at the University of Oslo, Norway. He/she has presided over eight national and provincial/ministerial-level research projects, including a General Project of the Later-stage Funding of the National Social Science Fund of China, a General Project of Zhejiang Provincial Social Science Fund, a General Project of Zhejiang Provincial Educational Science Planning, a Major Project of Philosophy and Social Sciences Research of Jiangsu Universities, a Youth Project of Jiangsu Provincial Social Science Fund, and a Youth Project of Jiangsu Provincial Educational Science Planning. He/she has published 27 papers as sole author or first author in CSSCI-indexed journals, with many of them excerpted by Xinhua Digest and University Arts Digest of Higher Education, and fully reprinted by Higher Education of the National Center for Philosophy and Social Sciences Documentation (Renmin University of China). His/her awards include one Third Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences Research of Jiangsu Universities, two First Prizes and two Second Prizes for Outstanding Achievements in Higher Education of Jiangsu Province, one Second Prize of the Jiangsu Provincial Federation of Social Sciences’ “High-Quality Achievements” Project, one Second Prize of the Fifth Jiangsu Provincial Outstanding Educational Science Achievements Award, one Third Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Philosophy and Social Sciences of Jiangsu Province, and one First Prize for Higher Education Teaching Achievements of Ningbo City.
